[知床] 流冰漫步 Drift ice walk, Shiretoko

一月有流冰嗎？有，而且美到讓我決定在知床過暑假。
Can we walk on the drift ice in January? Yes. And it is so breathtaking that I decide to spend my summer vacation in Shiretoko.

一走出海豚飯店就看到北狐キタキツネ。
Upon starting off Iruka Hotel, I encountered an Ezo red fox.

雪深及膝。
The snow was knee-deep.

大塊堅固的流冰還算好走。
It seemed that I walked well on big drift ice.

一踩薄冰，就會......
I ventured out on the thin ice, and......

......或是掉進海裡。
......or fell through.

知床連峰白雪覆蓋山頭。Oronko岩像灑了糖粉的巧克力蛋糕。
The volcanic Shiretoko mountain range was covered with snow. Oronko Rock looked like a frosted chocolate cake.
